Definitely,we should be carefull in public places.I think,however,this case may happen at our neighbourhood or even a few steps in front of our home.Some of the kidnappers have aimed the child for a period so it may happens in a second time or when we turn back.We should be alert no matter wherever especially nowadays. The increase of crime rate is causing everybody worries. thank you for your share.=)
